Stephen Martin, MBA is a proven development professional and thoughtful leader with over 34 years of experience in the value creation of commercial, and residential mixed-use sectors. He has directly managed in house and external development and construction teams and has been responsible for projects up to $460 million in value. He has also been able to apply his unique experience to provide risk analysis and management to clients as a designated Owners representative. It is through these experiences that Stephen has been able to dedicate his professional life to leading the journey from Vision to Value.
He is skilled at taking a holistic approach to development opportunities with the ability to deliver front end elements such as site acquisition, concept development, approvals and pre-leasing, through to construction and occupancy, ensuring value maximization for both investors and clients.
Stephen sees the development process as a series of building blocks leading to a valuable long term asset created through vision, planning, execution and teamwork. At each of these steps there is an opportunity to evaluate and verify decisions based on evolution of the market and investor interests.
